I have been quite a super fan of Big brother from season seven.
These two months in summer I have had wonderful time watching and observing housemates behaviours and analysing the motivation or intention of their actions, of course not always easy to anticipate >o<
but the communication on BB forum is a very good device for audience to exchang each others' viewpoints.
This year, there is an oxford graduate, named Freddie, he is from quite an advanced family background.
However, because of his dyslexia, for the whole life he has been suffering very difficultly in perceiving the world properly.
This condition of Dyslexia not only disable his reading and word-expressing function but also block the communication skill awkwardly.
In the first five weeks of Big brother this season, due to his eccentric personality, a majority of housemates were bullying him verbally and physically by isolating or despising him, and this bully scenerio had brought a big number of supporters to Freddie's favour.
I am one of them.
The victim is easily to be sympathised, but the main reason for my supporting Freddie was in virtue of his reaction manner towards those unfair treatment.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?
His angry reaction to the unjustice was viewed as a LOL (laugh out loud)-factor for us audience, it has been like a Shakespear stageplay while he was truely offended or really angry.
As a result, even though he always collected the most nomination votes from housemates, he was always saved by the audience outside (80 nominations).
However, his lovable position on Bookie betting board in the outside world changed when the new housemates were put in in the mid-term.
There was a girl, called Bea from bristol, she has watched every episode of big brother before getting into the house and of course known how popular Freddie is.
The first day of her entering big brother, she has been physically very close to Freddie and the other two favorite-to-win on Bookie market (gamble).
It was fine by me in the beginning, because we all know Freddie had been bullied and isolated by/from others for complete five-week-time, and he has longed for human friendship in the house...

But it turns ugly just recently, she started badmouthing Freddie despite the fact of being 24/7 super close to Freddie and even led him on (sexually).
you might say this happens all the time inside of big brother house and outside world, but Freddie is different, he has the special mental condition who perceive things in his own way sincerely.
There had been team evil in which the housemates used to bully Freddie, but the members in Team Evil had shorten earlier on week by week because of being evicted from the house by audience.
Just within these three days, Bea starts backstabbing Freddie with exaggeration in order to sail herself a safety run from being nominated.
I watched these two days' episodes, and the heart is broken to see freddie's panic attack and tears for the previous regretful trust...
It is very sad to see the bully situation happen anywhere, I have been always disliking the grouping and ganging up behaviour aginst somebody.
It even made me more frustrated if the victim or attack receiver has condition, and i couldn't do much to change situation for him/her.
The interesting comparison and similarity between these two ex-mates, Freddie and Bea, they both have fairly advanced upbringings with proper education and luxury family background, it includes the way they are talking, the vocabulary they are using and the structure of language they are constructing.
Their shared good education and family background might teach or cultivate them in similar route, however, the attitude makes big difference.
The way Bea talks is very from-top-to-down (looking down people like they are from different class), arrogant, and patronising; contrarily, despite some big words Freddie uses leading to many confusion for fellow housemates, Freddie talks respectfully, apologetically, and sincerely.
i just learnt how much could be affected by exactly identical sentence but with different attitudes and tones :) and I hope I could learn from this and will never hurt people's pride by talking down...
Also, sadly, these days I have been re-considering that Big Brother programe might become more and more like a game show rather than psychological show.
